Fit in 10: Exercise DVD for Adults and Senior Adults
This research-based exercise DVD is designed to encourage adults and senior adults to start and/or maintain a life-enhancing physical activity program. It provides a self-paced exercise workout that concentrates on 4 recommended areas:
Chaptered for easy access to any of the four sections, the DVD can be done in 10-minute sessions throughout the day, or as a full 30-minute workout. The DVD also includes a bonus Tai Chi Warm-up section with movements to help improve mobility, breathing, and relaxation while warming up the muschles. The warm-up is derived from Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis program (that is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation).
Each section includes an “Increasing Phsycial Activity as Age” Face Sheet.
