Charting New Waters: Responding to Violence Against Women with Disabilities

This 35-minute DVD with accompanying facilitator’s guide has been designed to raise awareness of the barriers and issues faced by women with disabilities when they try to end the violence in their lives. The DVD combines interviews with disability advocates and criminal justice personnel with three dramatic vignettes portraying women with disabilities who have experienced or are currently experiencing violence in their lives.
